These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Panna News (the "Portal," "the Channel"), available at pannanews.com and through any associated mobile application, WhatsApp service, or social-media handle operated under the same brand. By using the Portal, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must stop using the Portal immediately.

"Publisher" / "we" / "us" / "our" means Amit Shrivastava, the entity or individual operating Panna News as a subscriber of the MOJO Network.

"MOJO Network" / "Platform" means the news-publishing platform and associated services provided by Seagull Venture Private Limited.

"Seagull Venture" means Seagull Venture Private Limited, the technology provider behind the MOJO Network.

"User" / "you" means any person accessing the Portal, whether as a reader, registered user, commenter, contributor, reporter, stringer, advertiser, or in any other capacity.

"Content" means all text, images, audio, video, reels, bulletins, data, code, and other materials made available on or through the Portal.

By using the Portal, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Portal under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has accepted these Terms on your behalf. If you are using the Portal on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Some features of the Portal (such as commenting, newsletter subscriptions, or saved articles) require you to create an account. You agree to:

• • Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration;
• • Maintain and promptly update your account information;
• • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any other person;
• • Notify the Publisher immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

The Publisher may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that show signs of misuse, impersonation, automated behaviour, or fraudulent activity.

You agree not to use the Portal to:

• • Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, or invasive of another person's privacy;
• • Post content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual-property right;
• • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• • Upload, post, or transmit any material containing software viruses, trojans, worms, or any other code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the Portal;
• • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Portal, related systems, networks, or data;
• • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, spiders, crawlers) to access, copy, or harvest content from the Portal without prior written permission;
• • Use the Portal in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair its functioning;
• • Engage in any activity that violates Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder.

If you post comments, photographs, videos, news tips, or other materials on the Portal ("User Content"), you are solely responsible for that content and for the consequences of posting it.

By submitting User Content, you grant the Publisher, the MOJO Network, and Seagull Venture a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation of the Channel and the MOJO Network.

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise have the right to grant the licence above, and that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to review, edit, refuse, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice.

Reporters and stringers contributing to the Channel are appointed by the Publisher under separate contributor agreements. In addition to those agreements, contributors using the MOJO Network tooling agree that:

• • Submissions must be based on first-hand reporting, verified sources, or properly attributed third-party material;
• • Fabrication, plagiarism, paid news without disclosure, and deliberate misrepresentation are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the contributor relationship;
• • Every AI-assisted article must be reviewed and approved by the contributor before publication;
• • Contributors retain moral rights in their contributions where applicable, while granting the Publisher the rights necessary to publish, syndicate, and archive the material;
• • Contributors must comply with the Press Council of India's Norms of Journalistic Conduct and applicable broadcasting standards.

The Portal carries advertisements, sponsored posts, and other commercial content. Advertisers and sponsors agree that:

• • All advertising material must comply with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) Code and Indian law;
• • Advertorial and sponsored content will be clearly labelled to distinguish it from editorial content;
• • The Publisher may refuse, suspend, or remove any advertisement at its discretion, including for legal, editorial, or reputational reasons;
• • Advertisers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and substantiation of all claims made in their advertisements.

Where the Channel offers paid subscriptions, donations, or paid digital products:

• • Prices, billing cycles, and feature inclusions will be disclosed at the point of purchase;
• • Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways; we do not store full payment-card details on our servers;
• • Refunds, where offered, will be governed by the refund policy disclosed on the relevant purchase page;
• • You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase under Indian law.

All editorial content on the Portal is owned by, or licensed to, the Publisher. The MOJO Network platform, including its design, software, name, logo, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Seagull Venture Private Limited.

You may share links to articles and reasonable excerpts under the fair-dealing provisions of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, with proper attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, syndicate, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Portal's content without prior written permission.

You acknowledge that the Channel uses AI tools, provided through the MOJO Network, to assist with formatting, translation, transcription, summarisation, and presentation of reporter-submitted material. AI-assisted production is described in greater detail in the Disclaimer. While such tools improve speed and consistency, occasional errors may occur and corrections will be issued where appropriate.

The Portal integrates with or links to third-party services, including but not limited to social-media platforms, payment gateways, analytics providers, mapping services, and embedded media players. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Publisher is not responsible for the practices of those third parties.

The Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher, the MOJO Network, and Seagull Venture disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Publisher, the MOJO Network, Seagull Venture, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Portal.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the aggregate liability of the Publisher to any User shall not exceed the amount actually paid by that User to the Publisher in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Publisher, the MOJO Network, Seagull Venture, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and contributors from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Portal; (b) your User Content; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

The Publisher may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Portal, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Termination shall not limit the Publisher's other rights or remedies.

You may stop using the Portal at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual-property terms, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing-law clauses) shall survive.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or operational requirements. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Portal after publication of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. For material changes, we may provide additional notice.

If you have a complaint regarding these Terms or any content or conduct on the Portal, please contact the Grievance Officer named in Section 14 of the Disclaimer. Complaints will be acknowledged within twenty-four (24) hours and resolved within fifteen (15) days, in accordance with applicable Indian law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Subject to any applicable statutory rights, all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Publisher in respect of your use of the Portal and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
